Avand in vedere faptul ca proprietatea este situata la demisol iar temperatura de afara era scazuta, ar fi trebuit pornita centrala termica inainte cu 2-3 ore de sosire

Este bine amplasata si usor accesibil.
La interior mirosea groaznic a fum de tigara. Este mereu zgomot din exterior, locuinta fiind la demisol. Curatenia lasa de dorit. Baia nu era curata. Pe jos nu era spalat iar lenjeria de pat era nespalata si mirosea a fum de tigari. Toaleta are o problema si se infunda mereu si locuinta este destul de racoroasa daca afara nu sunt destule grade cu plus desi exista un aer conditionat si o centrala (care era pe avarie). Sincer pretul platit a fost mai mult pentru pozitionare.
