The apartment is amazing, location was great and staff useful as always.

La casa era estremamente moderna e con tutti i comfort necessari. Era vicino il giusto alle attrazioni principali e a supermercati, noi ci siamo spostate solo a piedi. É un buonissimo appoggio per visitare Bucarest.

La casa si trova in un palazzo molto vecchio con un ascensore per cui ti sembra di rischiare la vita usandolo, ma in realtà non è mai successo nulla. La casa non era pulita al massimo (c’era qualche capello per terra) ma era accettabile.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and relatively close to the city center, which was very convenient for our stay. The apartment itself was clean overall and warm, with the heating working properly during the cold days. The living room was small but nice and functional, and the kitchen was well equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and even some coffee capsules provided. The bathrooms were comfortable, with hot water available at all times. Since we were out most of the day, the apartment generally met our basic needs and did not make us feel uncomfortable.

The apartment is located in a very old building on the fourth floor. The entrance and common areas did not clearly feel like a residential building, and the elevator was extremely old, very noisy, and could barely fit one person at a time. As we were four people, this meant using the stairs constantly, which was especially difficult and exhausting on the first and last days with luggage. Although the apartment was clean, we noticed areas that needed more attention, such as spider webs, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. There was no mop available, which was inconvenient, especially since it was snowy outside and we entered the apartment with wet and dirty shoes. There were also no extra garbage bags provided for the bathrooms, and even the toilet paper was not sufficient for an eight-day stay. In the bedrooms, the pillows did not match what was shown in the photos, as there were no extra pillows and the existing ones were not very comfortable. What bothered us the most was an additional tax that was requested after we had already paid for our reservation. We were asked to pay around €64 more for the number of guests and nights, which was described as a municipal tax introduced from January 1st, 2026, even though our booking had been made in 2025. After discussion, we agreed to pay it, although we believe this charge should not have applied to our reservation. We also did not receive any official receipt confirming that this was indeed a municipal tax, and we paid it based solely on trust.
