very easy to organise and responsive home manager company (Gites de France). nice place with two bedrooms, one bathroom and one bathtub room, fully equipped kitchen and a barbeque. calm property in a small village.

I was surprised that additional conditions from the side of the host (via a home manager) appeared after the booking was made - 500 euro guarantee in cash/chèque + electricity and water consumption to be paid extra. after contacting them i had t make a transfer that was returned in a matter of days after the stay. electricity and water was not charged from what i saw. tons of flies inside the house that made it difficult to sleep... lots of flies outside. Eating anything indoors/ outside very challenging. Coffee machine part with mold (water collector below cups), not problematic but along with strong odor in house + tons of dead flies on the floor the property possibly indicated that we were the first persons to stay there after a long time. Pity, a nice place, modern and renovated by more attention needed on this point perhaps.
