Labeled 3 keys Clévacances the Colin'Othe, located Bucey-en-Othe, 18 km from Troyes, is a 19th century building walk-built chalk and brick, completely renovated by us with old and ecological materials.
For your comfort, the house has an independent entrance, and a private landscaped yard and flowers. The entire property is fenced and has an electric gate for the safety of children and adults.
A garden, Chilean and a barbecue are at your disposal to relax on sunny days.
A barn, also restored, can accommodate two vehicles safely.

The Colin'Othe is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (hob, multi-function oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle) opening onto a large piece of life with a historical fireplace.
Two rooms with warm colors will allow you to completely relax.
Health have a sink, a walk-in shower and fully tiled toilets for the disabled

We are located in the heart of a charming village of 430 inhabitants on the outskirts of Othe, close to the A5 highway (9 kms from the exit 20 and 21 Kms from exit 19

Bucey-en-Othe, pretty common flower, has many attractions: a fortified farm also called castle, church, laundry and loft.
The village is located 5 minutes from Estissac, a small town where you can find various shops.
The Othe is renowned for its cider, forests and rolling hills where several hiking trails crisscross. A water body is laid to 14 Kms.
A few miles on the road to Troyes, you can stop in champagne producers.

Troyes, the historic capital of Champagne, is known for its old town center and renovated its nine listed churches, its half-timbered houses and shops of manufacturers. Various museums (, tool of modern art and the working mind ...) await you.

You can go for a getaway to Lake Orient Forest or Lake Dienville or go to the amusement park Nigloland

This is a really lovely home, beautifully presented & we had everything we needed. The courtyard area is lovely to relax in. It’s an easy journey to Troyes & there are some lovely trails nearby for walking & cycling.

The cottage is clean tidy and well equipped, the neighbouring village has a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy and vet ! Which was very cheap for the health check and wormer for our return. Troyes and the nearby lakes were equally beautiful and worth a visit. Beautiful part of France

We had a relaxing 4 nights in this beautifully equipped and comfortable gite on our way home from the alps. The barn conversion has been very tastefully done and is full of character. Philippe and Laurence were very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. We would certainly stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

It's a clean and atmospheric house with a nice garden. We get a very warm welcome with drinks for the children and for us. You can do a lot of things in this area, you can find a lot of information in the house! Nice owners and answer all your questions. We had a wonderful holiday, thanks for staying in your house!

Wonderful holiday great place to stay for travelling around has everything you need so pack less for a driving holiday. Could of spent all our time here as was beautiful and the people are very nice too. Will definitely be going back .

The house is very picturesque and comfortable with lots of room both indoors and out. It is very well equipped, the kitchen especially. The location is very nice for walks and bicycle rides and there is a lot to see just a short distance away by car. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Overall a great holiday home to rent!

In May of 2016, I stayed at this lovely holiday home with my husband, 18 month old baby and my parents. There was plenty of space! We didn't feel like we were on top of each other and there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors. The two bedrooms do not share a wall. This was great because a crying baby in the middle of the night didn't wake up the entire house! Also I found the house to have everything one would need and of superior quality. There wasn't anything from IKEA there! For me that made the place feel so authentic and special! The house had plenty of indoor and outdoor toys to keep my wee one entertained. Also, the garden had a gate so it was safe for him to play without worrying about traffic. We took several walks around the village and found the neighbors to be exceptionally friendly. They invited us to see their animals and explore their farms and this was with very limited French on our part. This little part of France was really quaint and relaxing! I would recommend this house without any hesitation!

Beautiful converted barn in beautiful area, loads of walking straight from the door, owners very kind and helpful especially when we got a puncture when we were due to leave. Only 1 note if you have dogs - the garden is not totally enclosed and connects to the owners garden as we discovered when our dog went straight into their garden to say hello to their dog. Fortunately the dogs got on and the owners were very kind and did not mind. Look forward to another visit

Lovely open plan cottage / gite with all the facilities you could possibly need. Lovely& helpful hosts - Philippe and his family. Nice and quiet location yet only 20 mins from the beautiful city of Troyes. The Champagne region is 40 mins drive away but the countryside is lovely and easy to walk locally. No local shops / restaurants so self-catering was our preferred choice with occasional meals out.

I found La Colin'Othe website explicit and spot-on, although it turned out to be even better than we expected. The unit has been well-maintained and very clean and tidy. Philippe and Laurence welcomed us and showed us how the all of the appliances worked. In October we needed the wood-pellet burning stove and and with a little more help from them, we learned to keep ourselves toastie warm at a reasonable cost. The kitchen is more fully-equipped than many places and instructions for the DVD player and washing machine were simple. During our stay we checked out the discount malls on the east side of Troyes which were a bit of a disappointment. Another day we toured Clairveaux Abbey. Before leaving the area, we spent some time in the old town of Troyes and really enjoyed wandering around. We were sorry that we had only booked for three days. Our time in this unit was so pleasant despite the autumn weather. We will definitely recommend La Colin 'Othe to friends and family if they plan to visit the area.

Das Haus ist super schön und perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Enttäuschend war die Lage des Hauses direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse des Dorfes. Durch den Verkehr war es ziemlich laut, was besonders morgens und abends störend war. Leider fehlten auch bequeme Liegestühle.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur toll! Wir haben den Aufenthalt so genossen. Die Gastgeber haben ihr Wohnhaus nebenan, so dass man es bei Fragen etc. nicht weit hatte. Die Gastgeber waren so hilfsbereit und haben alle so schön vorbereitet als wir anreisten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Unserem Hund hat es auch super gefallen. Es gibt in der Umgebung sehr viele Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen.

Très chaleureuse et très bien aménagée, tout le confort est là pour que l'on s'y sente comme chez soi. Hôte très à l'écoute, disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

De woning is ruim van opzet en voorzien van alle gemakken. De uitrusting van de woning is bijzonder volledig (oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine, strijkplank/-ijzer, voldoende servies en andere keukenbenodigdheden enz). Mijn man (volledig afhankelijk van handbewogen rolstoel) vond de woning erg prettig. Slaapkamer en badkamer waren heerlijk ruim. Hij kon er uitstekend manoeuvreren met de rolstoel. Ook de woonkamer en keuken waren ruim. Buiten de woning is voldoende terrasruimte (tegels en vlonders) om te kunnen zitten. Iets minder fijn met de rolstoel was het grind op de rest van het terrein. Ook waren de bedden wat aan de korte kant (wel prima matrassen). De foto's geven de woning goed weer.

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich, rustikal eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Besonders gut ausgestattet ist die Küche. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der ruhige, separate Außenbereich mit Sitzgruppe und schönen Blumenbeete. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht.

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus der Familie COLINET. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, mit einem großen Bad (behindertengerecht ausgestattet). Die Holzbalken und der schöne Steinboden verleihen dem Haus einen außergewöhnlichen Charme. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und es fehlte an nichts. Für unseren Hund war der umzäunte Garten/Außenbereich toll, und dass schöne Feld- und Waldwege zum Gassigehen in unmittelbarer Nähe waren. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und die nahegelegene Stadt Troyes mit den historischen Fachwerkhäusern absolut sehenswert. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Merci beaucoup pour une semaine inoubliable. Il reste que de beaux souvenirs!

Die Begrüßung war mega freundlich und die beiden Vermieter absolut sympathisch. Am Abreisetag war die Tochter als Dolmetscherin vor Ort und vervollständigte das Bild einer super lieben Familie. Es war einfach alles perfekt und es hat weder mir noch meinen Kindern an etwas gefehlt. Wir kommen jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder, aber nächstes Mal mit unserem Hund Libre. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub

Nous avons apprécié les produits de la région en guise de cadeaux de bienvenue. Il était aussi agréable de pouvoir bénéficier de quelques condiments et produits de base, ce qui est plutôt rare. Le propriétaire était charmant et nous a bien expliqué les choses en prenant de son temps. Nous recommandons volontiers ce gîte. Belle bâtisse avec du caractère et spacieuse.
