Located in the heart of the forest of Othe, 150 kms from Paris Porte d'Orléans, "La Parenthèse du Champion" is a completely renovated farmhouse. Rated 4* by Atout France, it is a place entirely dedicated to relaxation.

The accommodation
With a surface area of 250m2, the cottage has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 13 people (possibility to rent the adjoining 2-room apartment for a maximum total capacity of 15 people -> inquire). It is equipped with: spa, sauna, air-conditioned gym, outdoor swimming pool (summer only), petanque court, cinema room with large screen TV, DVD player, video game console, DVD selection, billiards, pinball, table football, books, games, garden, terrace, barbecue, plancha, table tennis table, tree house with hammock for naptime.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, many accessories and cookware, dishwasher, household products.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The accommodation has a washing machine and a dryer.
Available on request: other DVDs, fondue set, raclette, pierrade, bicycles, baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby monitor).PGJyPgPGJyPg
Household linen and towels are available included in the price.
Traveller access
The gîte is located on the same land as the owners' house.
Access is however via a dedicated gate.
