Located in the heart of the Champagne-Burgundy National Forest Park and close to many tourist sites, imposing 19th century property comprising two independent villas with a park of hundred-year-old trees
and enclosed of 17400m2 not overlooked.
The Villa 1892 is an important bourgeois house, known as the mansion.
First floor: fully equipped kitchen. Original living room with
Marble fireplace and insert. Free wood. Large living-dining room of 35m2 with woodwork and 4 panoramic windows opening onto the park. High ceilings.
WC with washbasin. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, queen size and private shower room (walk-in shower, sink and WC). 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, queen size and its private bathroom (Bath-shower, sink and WC), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, queen size and 1 bedroom
with 2 single beds (90x200) and 2 large adult bunk beds (90x190). This room can be arranged with a double bed 180x200, king size. Walk-in shower room with sink and toilet to be shared between these two rooms.
Geothermal water-water heating, old cast iron radiators.
The Villa des Promenades was an outbuilding of the mansion. On the first floor: fitted kitchen with dining room and back kitchen including the laundry room. Living room of 32m2 with many French windows to enjoy a beautiful protected terrace not overlooked. A stove-fireplace brings conviviality and special atmosphere to the place. Free wood. Separate toilet with washbasin. 1 bedroom with private shower room (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Upstairs: 3 independent bedrooms served by an open colonial-style passageway

with 2 single beds (90x200) and 2 adult bunk beds (90 x 190). This room can be arranged with a double bed 180x200, king size.

Heating in all seasons, wood for the fireplaces and electricity are included, as well as cleaning at the end of the stay, household linen, bed linen and towels.
Baby equipment available on request: travel cot
with bed linen, high chair, bath, reducer and food processor. Numerous private terraces and garden furniture. Large parking in the enclosed space. Inflatable jacuzzi for 4 people near the Villa des Promenades.
Outdoor games: table tennis, football goal, etc.
Bicycles are available for children and if necessary, a local service provider can complete with delivery on site.

The security deposit in the amount of 600€ can be requested upon arrival in the Villa. In this case, the refund will be made within 8 days,

This rental property is a huge cut above anything we have ever stayed in...and that goes back many years. The properties have been restored to a very high standard, with taste and grace. The bedrooms are all beautiful, and the bathrooms immaculate. The living accommodation has been thoughtfully planned out to be versatile for any combination of events and people. We used the outside table for several al fresco dinners of 20, and we used the inside tables at both properties for meals also seating 20. There is plenty of tableware, and the kitchen equipment enabled us to cook high quality meals. We used the barbecues multiple times, the hot tub was a real treat, and the bikes got lots of use! The grounds are enclosed, so our dog happily roamed free, he had a great time too! Our host Nathalie was very helpful but happy to leave us as independent, which was perfect. All of us enjoyed staying here immensely, and we will definitely book again. Parfait

This is a wonderful place for a celebration being so close to Champagne .... thank you for making Fannie's 50th birthday celebration so special. The two houses have been lovingly restored in keeping with the period of the property which made for an extravagant setting for us. Each room is lovely with its own period furniture and features and everything worked as expected. Nathalie was on hand to give us any assistance we needed throughout the holiday and speaks excellent English. Nice to have enough area for all the (10) kids to play and not so close to neighbours who may have complained about some rowdy behaviour !! Nathalie was able to advise about hiring a Chef for our special meal and recommend a vineyard for a Champagne tasting. The Intermarche is around 15 minutes away and is excellent with everything you could need including excellent magnums of Haut Cote de Beaune!!
