Just outside Troyes by car, 5 minutes from a shopping area and a highway exit, 15 minutes from downtown Troyes, and 30 minutes from the beach at Lusigny-sur-Barse, come stay in this charming cottage with a “Country Chic” decor that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in an annex to the owners’ home, the cottage features a separate entrance and private outdoor spaces, as well as shared areas with the discreet owners who live on-site and have a dog that can stay in its enclosure if needed, ensuring a peaceful stay for you and your pet. On the first floor, the cottage features a spacious living area with a lounge/TV area—including a sofa bed (140x190 cm, sleeping 2 additional guests)—and a dining area, a spacious kitchen, and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Upstairs, you’ll find a landing leading to a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed) with a small sitting area and TV, and a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with a desk/teleworking area. Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). All necessary baby supplies will be provided. Outside, there is street parking, a fenced-in yard, a terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a relaxation area, and a barbecue area.
