We are regular visitors. It’s a simple but comfortable, clean, bright apartment in a perfect location. Very well suited for families. Thanks for the cards and dominoes—my kids really appreciated them!

I have three recommendations for the host/house manager that could make guests’ lives easier at very little cost. As summers are getting hotter and hotter, I would suggest equipping the house with three fans—one per bedroom. When we visited La Perle, there were only two fans for three bedrooms, which meant that I had to choose which child/family member had to sleep without one in the heat. Second, it would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water available upon arrival. That would be much appreciated, especially during the summer months. Finally, the tap in the kitchen does not seem to be working properly. The water flow is very slow (I am not sure whether this is due to low water pressure or limescale). It would be worth having a plumber take a look at it.

Superb location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Great and clear communication with the management company. Bedlinen and towels provided were nice and the place was well prepared by the time we arrived.

The apartment is as basic as it gets, not much charm, only function. I wouldn't count on doing real cooking here the kitchen equipment is the bare minimum. Walls are paper thin so you can get a bit of noise. The entrance door looks a bit sketchy.
