Exceptional
Having read other reviews, we were expecting some minor issues but the apartment exceeded our expectations: very well decorated, clean, comfortable, equipped with anything one needs. A generous set of crockery, cutlery, pans etc., washing machines and dryers, with a nice balcony. The kitchen, lounge and dining rooms face a road but it is hidden behind a dense line of trees and not causing any nuisance. Both bedrooms are looking at a courtyard and one can even see spires of the old town further behind roofs. The bedrooms’ windows are not overlooked. The host left a nice set of various board games, which was very much appreciated by our 4-year old. Each room has a TV-set, one with Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is very close to the old town and shops and restaurants. And of course a free parking in the courtyard is a big bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional
We met the host who was very helpful. The apartment was in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes from the centre of the town. The apartment was very spacious. The bedrooms were located at the rear of the property so no noise from the traffic. It had everything we required and is tastefully decorated. The balcony was ideal for breakfast as it gets the morning sun. Definitely value for money.

Super Unterkunft, sehr zentral
Super Lage, zentrumsnah. Sehr schönes Apartment, gut für Kinder: Balkon vorhanden und viele Gesellschaftsspiele. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, unglaublich viele Teller, Gläser, Kochzubehör… Großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Lift zur Verfügung. Ganz toll: der Parkplatz im Innenhof, sehr sicher wegen Schranke.
Die Betten waren gut für zwei Kinder, jedoch unserer Meinung nach zu schmal für zwei Erwachsene. (Ca 140 cm) Und das Auffinden des Schlüssels war ein bisschen schwierig, da man den Schlüssel bereits für die Haustür unten gebraucht hätte… Eine nette Nachbarin sperrte mir auf und half mit, die Schlüsselbox zu finden. Ansonsten alles super und problemlos!

Logement propre et joli, idéalement situé dans le centre de Troyes
Logement spacieux, propre et très joliment décoré. Situation vraiment très pratique pour visiter le centre-ville historique à pieds et aller dîner (pas plus de 5 minutes à pieds). En voiture, situé à 15 minutes des magasins d'usine. L'étage élevé est un plus (calme) et la place de parking également. Les chambres donnent sur la cour intérieure, ce qui est un vrai plus, car le salon donne sur le boulevard qui lui, est assez bruyant du fait de la circulation. Efficacité pour récupérer et rendre les clefs. Je recommande.
Pour un séjour pendant les vacances de noël, le logement est un peu froid, même avec les radiateurs au maximum. La faute sans doute à une isolation perfectible (pas de double vitrage et de la buée sur les fenêtres).

Apparemment très confortable en plein centre-ville.
La bienveillance de notre hôte. Logement au calme avec une jolie terrasse, coquet et très bien agencé. La localisation est parfaite et le parking un +++.
C’est un détail mais le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de double vitrage qui laisse apparaître la buée sur les carreaux par temps froid, je trouve ça dommage. Mise à part ça, tout était parfait !
