Clean, comfy and great location.

Property was very clean, lovely shower and great bed. Location is superb and directions from the host were clear and essential. Great stay and we would certainly stay there again.

A perfect place for us to stay in Troyes.

Very secure, very clean and tidy. Modern, quality appliances and equipment in the kitchen area. Beautiful bathroom with great walk-in shower. Comfortable bed with new, fresh linen. Lovely view from the window especially for people watching! Positioned in the heart of Troyes , watching distance to bars, restaurants and museums and sights of interest.

Excellent stay

Very nice and modern flat in fantastic location right in the centre of this beautiful city.

A part of the coffee machine seems to be missing and so couldn’t put capsules in.

Shame about the duvet

Amazing location and the studio flat is designed very tastefully and to a pretty good spec.

The electricity and heating cut out suddenly around 9:00 pm. Around 6 attempts were made to contact the property owner before he finally called back and directed me to flick on the main switch in the fusebox, which was outside the studio apartment, in the main corridor, and served also 2 other rental units. All 3 rental units were affected by the power cut. The apartment was booked through booking.com for 4 people but it's only set up for 3 persons. This is not only per number of items provided (towels, crockery etc.) but it also states so on a welcome leaflet in the apartment its for 3 persons rental. However the biggest gripe I had was with the duvet that was provided for the second bed. At best it was a duvet for 1 child. It simply was not adequate for our requirements and the property owner was contacted about this matter but he simply said there was nothing he could do about it. One of us had to sleep without a duvet. Pretty appaling given how cold it is at this time of the year. Lastly the coffee machine did not work. Quite a shame the attention to fundamental requirements, service to put things right and general detail are so below expected and acceptable standards, especially given the thought and cost that would have gone in designing the apartment.

Fantastic place to stay for one or a few nights. Do not look further

Location (!), ease of checking in (with codes), very clean and comfortable. everything you need within 100 metres: restaurants, bakery, groceries, bar, shops.

A very minor point, which you can ignore after this: the sofa bed is super convenient. Unfortunately the duvet was just enough for one person. we had to use a blanket we happen to have in the car.

Not really what we expected

The apartment looks very good, it was easy to get access to and the location is great.

We were expecting a bedroom and a living room, but there was only one room with a bed and a sofa bed. It says it has a balcony, but one can hardly call it a balcony, because it is so narrow that it's hard for a person to fit.

Poor response, when there was no running water available. Sofa is not really suitable as "third" bed".

Nice appartement for a couple. Not for 2 young extra children.

Appartement is totally unfit for 2 parents & 2 young children. Small sofa bed is way to small for two kids.
