Close to town centre and train station. Parking place provided. Car park entry instructions could be more clear but this is not the biggest issue.
There is a water dripping noise behind the wall in the hallway. perhaps someone should check that. No issueas apart from that.

Location (proximity to Railway station)
Uncomfortable mattress on double bed. No dining table. No dishwasher. Noisy fire doors on balcony slamming in the wind.

Location unbeatable. Access very easy from the train station. Great location for sightseeing bus tour, express bus to Chester zoo, taxis. Smart decor and layout. Very good for family of 4.
Suggestion: don’t provide a coffee machine unless you’ll provide matching coffee pods. There are loads of assorted coffee pods in the kitchen that aren’t compatible with this machine.

Great location
Kitchen smelled of cooking and the lounge area hadn’t been cleaned well - found wrappers on the floor. Apart from that it was lovely
