Georgian Terrace, Chester

The location was perfect for walking into Chester. Also, bus interchange.

Maybe a welcome pack. The sitting area outside is not very comfortable. Lost of dust in corners of the rooms and cobwebs.

Ideal location for city centre and train station Comfortable beds

Floorboards esp in main bedroom very creaky. Could do with a spring clean, some cobwebs and dust in living room and some cups crockery dirty.

Brilliant location. Beautiful House. The hosts are super helpful! Beds are comfortable!

Nothing! It was a brilliant stay!

The building itself was pleasant and roomy and the owner was kind enough to let us drop off our bags early.

It was not fully cleaned upon arrival. The hoovering has not been done and a bin wasn’t emptied.Furthermore there was an ant infestation on the kitchen. When I reported these issues to the owner she was completely unapologetic and just referred me to 1) ant power in the sink (like it was our problem to take care of the issue ) 2) housekeeping. When I contacted housekeeping, Roxanne was apologetic, but did nothing in the end to resolve any of these issues. We were offered a bottle of wine, but as a non drinker travelling by train we declined as I couldn’t carry it. No alternative was offered.
