Centro Solferino Rooms

Elegant and luxurious, beautifully refurbished 19th C townhouse in a desirable location, minutes from the main attractions, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable - slept like a baby. Hosts were charming and most solicitous… highly, highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for a lovely stay…. Sophia and Domenic

If anything, the bathroom was a little tight but you put up with it as everything else was spectacular

We came back to Rome for 1 night before our flight back home the next night so picked this as it was central and close to the Shuttle Bus to Fiumicino. It had loads of space, nice, comfortable large bed and big bathroom and bonus - lifts to the 3rd flr so we didn’t have to carry heavy luggage up! Our host, Nicoletta, was gracious and accommodating… thank you very much. Sophia and Domenic

If you’re wanting historic charm, this is not the area… it’s located in a slightly more modern, central area…. Rome Termini, offices, Metro etc but it suited us as it was only for one night. There are still Roman ruins close by, museums etc but the area is more for transport convenience rather than a historic vibe. This is not a criticism of the property at all…. It was very comfortable

Location is excellent, room was clean and modern, amenities were well stocked and as advertised. Staff contacted us beforehand with check-in and detailed access instructions, no problems at all.

Note that the elevator in the building is older and smaller. Still functional but beware if you are handling a large piece of luggage that it will be a bit clumsy.

Nicoleta made my check-in experience incredibly quick and easy. I happened to arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but she kindly arranged for my room to be ready a few hours ahead of schedule. She was always extremely responsive and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The instructions for accessing both the building and the room were clear and easy to follow. The room itself was absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful personal touches such as beautiful flowers and little collectible ceramic cups that made it feel extra special. It was equipped with everything I needed: plenty of hand soap, body wash and shampoo, a coffee and tea maker, a hairdryer, soft lighting, and, most importantly, a bottle of fresh drinking water. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast, the desk was spacious enough to work comfortably, and the room was quiet and easily accessible. Another incredibly thoughtful gesture was that Nicoleta allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout and collect it later in the day before my departure. This made my travel arrangements so much easier! Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The combination of a lovely, well-equipped room and Nicoleta’s genuine kindness and hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

No complains.
