The property was conventionally located. The room is clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication was a little difficult (had to use an app) but was told of a very nice place to eat.
The rooftop didn’t have a view. It was difficult to get in and out of the elevator with luggage. Short hours for the front desk ( no one is there from 2pm to 9am)

Ideal location, right next to main train station and Metro. Train straight from airport. Ideal base to sightsee. We used Metro to get around the city. We took a train to Naples on 3rd day. Very easy to get around.
A little noisy but to be expected in a city. Did quieten down during the night so sleep wasn’t disturbed. Breakfast quite basic but fine.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Good communication before arrival, so we knew exactly what to do to get in, and Simona could be there at reception when we arrived. Excellent recommendation for dinner.
The room was on the 5th floor and accessed by a small lift. It was suitable for our needs as we were out all day. The room was small with little room for 2 suitcases. The bathroom and shower were also small. The room had no windows, just a skylight which had to be closed if it rained. There was no air conditioning, so the room got hot and stuffy if the skylight was closed. Breakfast was uninspiring, but I'm led to believe typically Italian, with a pre-packaged sweet pastry and toast, and yoghurt and a fruitbox each. The kettle had to be put on the floor as there was no socket near the table.

"Fabulous location rite next to train and bus station. Very secure. Restaurants all around including in the train station. Outside patio and good breakfast food."
