Nights In Rome

The property was very conveniently located across the street from the train terminal, just a five minute walk. Like many other places to stay, there was plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. The room is on the fifth floor, and when you come down the elevator and exit to the street, there is a restaurant six feet from the door. There are also three right across the street; two offering breakfast and one breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a taxi stand adjacent to the breakfast restaurant. The hosts were very pleasant and communicative when any issues arrived, and expedient in resolution.

With our twelve day stay we hoped there would be a washer and dryer, but there wasn’t. It wasn’t a huge deal because there was a laundromat about a ten minute walk away. We had four people in our party, including an 18 year-old, so we had plenty of laundry! The laundromat washed, dried and folded our huge load for 30 euros.

Fabulous location rite next to train and bus station. Very secure. Restaurants all around including in the train station. Outside patio and good breakfast food.

Breakfast quality not good and tea and butter not enough for number of people booked . On check in informed that no towel change / replacement for 3 nights stay.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Good communication before arrival, so we knew exactly what to do to get in, and Simona could be there at reception when we arrived. Excellent recommendation for dinner.

The room was on the 5th floor and accessed by a small lift. It was suitable for our needs as we were out all day. The room was small with little room for 2 suitcases. The bathroom and shower were also small. The room had no windows, just a skylight which had to be closed if it rained. There was no air conditioning, so the room got hot and stuffy if the skylight was closed. Breakfast was uninspiring, but I'm led to believe typically Italian, with a pre-packaged sweet pastry and toast, and yoghurt and a fruitbox each. The kettle had to be put on the floor as there was no socket near the table.
