Estaba limpio y es como en las fotos.
Tenía un par de cosas en el Baño rotas pero bien.

Skvělá lokalita u nádraží Termini. Jednoduše vybavený ale hlavně čistý pokoj s klimatizací, pohodlnou postelí a ledničkou.
Velice nás potěšila skvělá domluva s pronajímatelem, dřívější chek-in ani check-out nebyl problém :)

La ubicación. Necesitábamos que estuviera cerca de la estación Termini y estaba al lado. La chica que se ocupaba de las habitaciones, un encanto.
La limpieza, un poco deficiente. Los baños a medio rematar. El dueño, un poco cara. Había un aparato de aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. A pesar de utilizar dos habitaciones, ida y vuelta, no funcionaba ninguno. Eso si, había un ventilador en las habitaciones. Asi que ya sabía que no funcionaba. Se lo comenté y me hizo caso. Al fin y al cabo ya tenía cobrada la habitación. Hacía un calor de mil demonios en junio. No lo quiero pensar en agosto.
