Location. Close to trains.
The restaurant at the bottom floor we were at were noisy at night. Challenging to sleep. AC is not strong. But good value overall.

The room was lovely, super clean, modern and had everything you need for a couple of days in Rome.
The bad thing for us was that the room is basically beside the reception. You could hear everything at all hours. This disrupted our sleep and reduced our sense of privacy.

It was clean.
There was no lock on the bathroom door. When i requested the staff for the key, a wrong key was provided. When it didn't work, the staff was very rude and assumed that i didn't know how to use a key. After i confronted them about this, they promised to get the right key. But i never got the right key. The staff seemed quite unwelcoming overall.
