I had a very pleasant stay at HomeFlat. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the warmer days. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well maintained. The room also comes with a stove and a refrigerator, which made it convenient for preparing coffee and keeping food and drinks cold. The floor LED lights seemed to have a minor issue during my stay, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort or value of the accommodation. The property is conveniently located near Cipro Metro Station and within walking distance of the Vatican and Rome. It also features a lovely outdoor porch where you can sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Communication with the host (Gabriella) was smooth and easy throughout my stay. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome or the Vatican.

A minor issue I experienced was at check-out. After leaving the keys in the room, I realized I wasn't sure how to open the front gate, even though there was a note posted on it. Fortunately, the guests staying in the room next to mine opened it for me. It would have been helpful to have those instructions in advance.

Ich habe die Unterkunft wegen der Lage gewählt, da sie direkt an der U-Bahnlinie A (Cipro) liegt. Da die Anlge mit mehreren Appartements in einem Innenhof liegt, ist es ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es von Supermarkt bis Restaurants alles, was man braucht. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert.

Ich war vor zwei Jahren schon einmal dort, damals war alles wesentlich sauberer und besser in standgehalten Dieses Mal war einiges kaputt (Glühbirnen, in der Dusche war die Armatur defekt....). Auch das Wifi funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht, angeblich ein Problem beim Anbieter.

La struttura essenziale e carina.

Purtroppo la pulizia non era granché, il mio ragazzo allergico alla polvere ha sofferto un po durante i nostri rientri in struttura. La polvere accumulata dietro la TV e sul baldacchino.
