Appartamento degli Eroi

The location was great as it was only 2 blocks from the metro station. The apartment was clean and well supplied.

The ac took a bit to cool of but there was a heat wave and 100 degree days so maybe warmer then normal. The shower was very tight and slow draining.

Well suited and located

Really nice apartment. We opted initially for an apartment because it seemed a much batter option than the many "rooms" you can find in the same area, which are much smaller options, often time with shared spaces and in many cases for mostly the same price. However, there are a lot of great things about the option we have choses we were not aware initially: close proximity to the metro station, lot's of easy options for having a snack (pizza shop right next to the exist), coffee shop right across the road with delicious croissant, 24/7 carrefour open on the other side of the intersection. So you have easy access to many great services while being also close to the Vatican, at around 15 minutes walking time from St Peter's Square. So for us as a family with a 7y old child, it was the perfect experience. We didn't really needed any support from the host but she seemed a nice person and we had great communication. Thank you!
