It is a clean apartment. The kitchen/seating area is very small - if you need the extra bed. Otherwise it is very comfortable. There is a very nice terrace which can be marvellous in spring, maybe too hot in summer. The table is retractable so there could sit 5/6 but there are only two chairs and a bench, which is in the hallway. The host is very friendly, awaited us and showed us around.
Well, it was very cold, as it was wintertime. There is heating in the apartment, but the thermostat was set on 16 degrees. Unfortunately we had to find out on our own as the host did not tell anything about it.
The toilette/wc was running, which was very loud. At night this would have been unbearable. We fixed it on our own as good as we could. So we could sleep. There is a crack in the bathroom floor. It is not very big, but still... The shower is a little bit worn out, but it was clean.
It is third floor without a lift.

One king and a sofa bed in a nice newly remodeled third floor apartment. Had a large outdoor area with a clothes washing machine and drying racks, small kitchen and a large bathroom with a great shower. Close to the trains and the Vatican. It’s best to use WhatsApp to contact the host so he can let you in easily.

La struttura si trova in una zona ben servita e vicinissima al Vaticano (8 minuti a piedi dai Musei Vaticani). Ben servita con autobus, metro e treno per la vicinanza alla stazione Cipro.
Il bagno è molto grande.
Come si vede dalle foto manca la tenda alla portafinestra in cucina, come una tapparella o persiana, quindi la luce del sole entra in modo pieno sul piccolo “salotto” (si tratta di un monolocale con un mezzo muro in mezzo al locale), lato negativo per chi non vuole svegliarsi all’alba. Il locale era pulito, ma in modo sommario, come si toccava un mobile o si apriva una finestra uscivano fuori cumuli di polvere da sotto i mobili. Quando siamo entrati nel locale abbiamo trovato i letti senza coperta al di sopra del letto, poi abbiamo scoperto al mattino che il letto era contenitore e lì si trovavano le coperte (abbiamo contattato il proprietario, che ha riferito che erano nell’armadio, ma non c’erano in realtà).
Infine, i letti non erano comodissimi, ma è un aspetto abbastanza frequente.
