The room itself has everything i need, and i had a pleasant stay! Closed to the Central station, great location!

There is no elevator,, and the guesthouse located on 4th floor...

Excellent accommodations and even better communication. Such a great host!

The neighborhood seems intense at first but it's actually predictable and calm, especially if you know how to walk confidently with your stuff. Super nice being so connected to the city.

I booked the one single room for three nights in total. I needed to stay close to Napoli Centrale so the location was great for me. Beware there is no elevator if you have heavy luggage that you cannot lift up to the 3rd floor. I didn't care about that this time but it's good to know. The room and bathroom were clean. The room had enough storage space in the form of shelves next to the bed, a wardrobe and a table. The room is equipped with an AC which for some reason would turn itself off after few minutes but that might be just user error. The curtains blocked the light pretty good, could be better for total blackout room but it was enough.

There are two things I was dissatisfied with. One time in the middle of the shower hot water ran out and I had to wait for at least for 5 minutes with shampoo in my hair. Not nice when you are in a hurry. Second one is cleaning service done by the owner everyday that I was unaware of. Coming back into the room and seeing empty trash cans or rug positioned differently suddenly took me by surprise. This kind of room service should be announced before to the guest since this is a private room booking. Not a hotel building where such service is expected. I even didn't know that it was happening everyday at all. And I found out that some of my own bottles that were not in the trash can were thrown out. I consider this as very unprofessional. Everything that is not in the trash can, might it seem as trash, shouldn't be thrown out no matter what. I'm mentioning this so the next guests aren't as surprised as me. Otherwise this accomodation is great for short term stay.

Ubicación muy cerca de la estación (una cuadra y media), súper cómodo, bien equipado, wifi secador de pelo heladera televisor, aire acondicionado…

No es un defecto en sí, Pero quizás deberían avisar que está en un 3er o 4to piso por escaleras en caso de que alguien no esté en condiciones de subirlas
