Deux pièces de standing, climatisé

What a wonderful place to stay in Paris! Josiane is a great host who greeted us upon arrival and showed us everything about the apartment. The shower is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable (firm mattress, yet soft and very plush feeling), the living room and kitchen has everything that you would need and the balcony is lovely and spacious! The 15th Arrondissement is a relaxing, locals vibe kind of neighborhood without out the annoyances of being in tourist central. You have 3 different Metro stations (the 13, 12 & 6/12 lines) within 11-15 minutes walk. A great location imo!

Zero Complaints

Josain was a wonderful host. She met us at the property and showed us how everything worked. We messaged her several time while we were there and she responded very promptly. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, the kitchen is exquisitely stocked with utensils and food, coffee, tea etc. You can stream Netflix, there are 2 A/C units - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. (Unfortunately the one in the bedroom wasn't working, but I'm sure that's been fixed by now). The location is great. It took us about 30min. to walk to the Eiffel Tower, there is a bus stop just down the street, a supermarket right next door, plenty of cheap places to eat and cafes nearby and a major train station is about a 10 -15 minute walk. We loved our stay and if we come back to Paris we would love to stay there again.

It was too bad the bedroom A/C wasn't working, but we just hung out in the living room where it was working when it was hot.
