Чудове розташування, до метро 8 хв пішки, поруч пекарні, супермаркети, кафе. Зручні ліжка, нормальна якість білизни та рушників. Посуду вистачає, є все необхідне для приготування їжі.
Поселення відбулось рівно у 16-00, хоча квартира була вже давно прибрана і ми чекали у кафе, бо був дощ, а ми з дітьми, на прохання заселити раніше, відповідь була - чекайте. Дуже погана шумоізоляція, чути транспорт, який їздить під вікнами. У квартирі є пральна та посудомийна мишини, але ніяких засобів для миття не було:(

Alles sehr funktionell eingerichtet und gut für eine Familie. Alles da in der Küche etc.
Etwas Geruch aus der Entlüftung der Abwasserrohre. Viel Zugluft durch einen Spalt in der Eingangstür.

Pour moi l'emplacement était génial, car dans la même rue que mon frère ! Mais en dehors de ça, on est à 5 minutes à pieds du métro, sur le chemin, il y aune boulangerie, les croissants sont très bons ! Le logement est grand (pour un appartement parisien j'entends), les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai plus, même si celle du haut est petite, elle est relativement fonctionnelle ! La cuisine est de taille correcte, peut être un peu léger sur les assiettes / verres / couverts / ustensiles.
Lorsqu'on entre dans le logement, il y a une odeur d'humidité qui est désagréable, mais qui disparait rapidement ! La climatisation aide à cela, et est appréciable quand il fait chaud. Par contre, il n'y avait qu'une télécommande pour les 2 clims du haut, ce qui fait que la première nuit, nous avons eu très froid, car pas accès au salon (qqn y dormait). Ah, et la boite à clé est un peu capricieuse, mais on y arrive ;-)

El apartamento era correcto estaba bien situado
Tiene falta de mejoras no hay cojines de mas y los que hay no se puede decir que sean cojines ,no habia ningun cuchillo de sierra tuvimos que comprar uno , los televisores de las habitaciones no funcionaban etc.necesita mejoras por lo demás correcto .
