About this apartment rental
Brand new stylish two bedroom apartment in a new modern apartment building located in the geographical center of Dubrovnik - walking distance from the enchanting Old Town, beautiful beaches in Uvala Lapad or port of Gruz. If you are not in the walking mood, you can catch one of the bus lines at the nearby bus stop. There are good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bakeries and beaches in the area, all within 10-15 minute walk. The area is calm and quiet.
The Signature Suite has 2 double bedrooms (king size double beds), kitchen, dining area, living area, bathroom, with shower and a spacious balcony.
The apartment is on the street level. Because of an easy approach to the entrance, it is very convenient for the people with walking difficulties. We also have a shower chair available.
Amenities include: Air-Conditioning units in the living / dining / kitchen open space and both bedrooms, central floor heating, washer/dryer, large size top shower head (rain effect), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, safe deposit box, Smart TVs (with Netflix, YouTube, etc. in living room and both bedrooms), cable tv, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, outside dining, outside furniture for the balcony (lounge and outside dining table and chairs).
