* There is a speed limit within the community, following speed limit is mandatory or there can be a fine issued by the security that you will be responsible for
* If a ticket/citation is issued during the duration of your stay, you and your group WILL be responsible for paying it.
* No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.
* Pet fee is $40 per pet, per night
* Trash/recycling must be brought out to the two garbage bins located outside the house (garbage and recycling).
* Guests use amenities at their own risk.
* Please leave the house in the same condition as found
* Please clean up the BBQ after you are done using it, otherwise there is a $30 cleaning fee
* There is a $35 fee for each lost remote control
* No loud music on the outside (please be mindful of our neighbors)
* Maximum amount of guests allowed as per community regulations is 12 (Children under 3 do not count)
* Please take your shoes off in the house to help us maintain cleanliness for you
* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
* SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time! If you smoke outside, please keep the perimeter clean.
* Generally we do not accept large groups of under 25 years old. Smaller groups will require an upfront deposit depending on the group size and age.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bathrooms all had everything we needed. We brought most of our meal prep needs with us. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out and enjoy the company of our family. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in a Well-Appointed HomeOnline booking through VRBO was smooth and efficient. Communication with Patrick, the property owner, was prompt and helpful—any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and courteously.The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped and easily accommodated our group of 10 for breakfast prep and heating up leftovers. While the electric kettle was a bit tricky to use, we managed just fine by heating water on the stove. We brought our own spices, and the dishwasher came in handy between meals.The sunroom was one of our favorite spots—spacious, breezy, and bug-free thanks to the screened windows. We enjoyed all our meals there, and it was perfect for group gatherings.The jacuzzi was a highlight! We opened it about 10 minutes prior to use to let it heat up and air out, and once ready, it was absolutely delightful. It was also easy to close and secure afterward. The fire pit was another great feature—though we didn’t light a fire, we enjoyed sitting around it during the day.The basement offered a variety of games, which made for some fun and friendly competition among friends. Bedrooms were a decent size with comfortable beds, though we didn’t spend much time there. The bathrooms worked well for our group, and again, any minor concerns were resolved quickly. Hot water was never an issue—even on a chilly weekend.
