"L'échauguette du Perche" is a cottage located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park. Only 1h30 from Paris and divinely located to discover the Perche, this charming little manor house, partly from the 16th century, flanked by its watchtower, has just been carefully rehabilitated. It can accommodate from 2 to 7 people (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms).
Its architecture, its quality renovation, its chic and sober decoration, its adorable priest's garden, enclosed by walls, at the end of which the Erre flows, gives it a crazy charm. Immersion in nature guaranteed.PGJyPg
Freshly renovated, "L'échauguette de Perche" offers a surface area of about 150 m². On the first floor, a living room and its monumental fireplace (wood), a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher...), a laundry room (fridge/freezer, washing machine) & guest toilet.
A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor to the 3 bedrooms, very comfortable (bed base & mattress - 140*200). The master suite of 30m² offers a private bathroom & separate toilet. Two bedrooms of 15m² and 12m² share a pretty bathroom (bath/shower & toilet).
"The watchtower of the Perche" is embellished with an adorable priest's garden, enclosed by walls, at the end of which flows the Erre (a tributary of the Huisne)... a small river like no other you don't see anymore... moorhens, ducklings with their mothers in the right season, dragonflies and frogs of all kinds... back to the roots guaranteed.
