Wood chip central heating. Terrace. Private, unfenced garden of approximately 2000 m², with a football goal, a plastic playhouse for children, and a ping-pong table. Bicycle or motorcycle storage available. Two-person outdoor spa available for an additional €80 for the weekend and €100 for the week, payable on site. Cleaning fee included. Maximum occupancy: 10 people. Magnificent and spacious Percheron farmhouse on a 70-hectare property crossed by a 3 km trout stream, a delight for anglers. Marylène and Alain welcome you to the farm. A greenway is 800 meters away and shops are 2 km away in the village.
