Spacious, comfortable and full of charm, the house can accommodate up to 9 people and has a large garden overlooking the surrounding countryside. Our house, which has a surface area of about 200m2, has on the first floor: an entrance, a first bedroom and its bathroom, a toilet, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (utensils, condiments), a large fireplace, a stove and a beautiful dining table, then two living rooms with beautiful volumes. These three rooms are through and bright and form a very pleasant and spacious living space. Upstairs, a landing room is used as a playroom for the children. It is surrounded by three bedrooms and a bathroom. Our house is connected to high-speed fiber. Many games are available. It is located in a hamlet of 3 houses, very quiet and not overlooked. Sheets and towels are provided (except for the cot). The garden is large (5000m2) and has a view of the surrounding countryside. You can admire beautiful sunsets. There are sun loungers to rest in the shade of the trees, a large table for dining and garden furniture. Children can have fun with a trampoline, a wooden hut with a slide, a ping pong table, a hammock to read quietly under the trees, a badminton net. It is regularly visited by deer, squirrels, hares and a little fox. Our house is located in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, between Bellême (6 min) and Mortagne au Perche (15 min), which are two very charming villages and where you can find lots of very good products. The Perche is also very rich in manor houses, most of which are nearby. The house is also ideally placed for multiple walks nearby: in the forest of Bellême, on the GR 22, the greenway and all the sunken paths of the Perche hills.
