Very nice layout! Perfect for having the family together, yet plenty of privacy. Very nice furniture and accessories. I’d highly recommend it!

We were in Lubbock for College rodeo at Cooks Garage and stayed here with our daughter and friends. it was a great location, clean, new and very spacious. We loved it. We did wish it had a BBQ and a few more kitchen tools such as a can opener and glasses. All in all i would highly recommend this place

Property was perfect for our stay. It was close to the university and other areas we needed to go to. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
