Very clean, nicely decorated home with everything we needed for a quick trip. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for traveling with kids. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the university. Lots of fun things for the kids to do while at the house, including inside and outside games. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions.

Beautiful, beautiful home! Not only was it immaculately clean, but it smelled wonderfully fresh and clean! We did have a couple small issues, but the owners were amazingly receptive and eager to fix them. Not only that, but they asked us if there were any other things that we would like added to the home for our next stay. We will definitely stay there again for our next family gathering! This place was perfect for our short weekend retreat! It was very clean upon arrival and had provided many things we had forgotten to pack. The property manager was in contact with us often and left very clear instructions on check-in and check-out, which was immensely helpful and left no room for confusion. I thought the host communicated well and we enjoyed our stay. However, my only complaint was this stay says it sleeps 17, but there weren’t dishes for 17 so we had to use paper utensils. Which was fine! However, they only provided three trash bags and didn’t have more, plus the bathrooms didn’t have enough toilet paper. I just think with a large group, it should accommodate things for 17 or let us know prior to bring our own things. I had no problem buying that stuff prior. Other than this, it was a nice stay.
