Keep it simple at this newly furnished, peaceful and centrally-located home. Minutes drive to neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, fast food joints and private park for fresh air and leisure walks. 10 minutes drive to Texas Tech /UMC and the Medical pavilion, 8 minutes to Covenant medical center and 10 minutes to the downtown business center! Traffic is a thing of the past with multiple routes and highways to get to where you want on time.

We came in for a football weekend with 3 teenage boys. It was ideal because there is a bedroom with 3 beds for the boys. Everything was clean and working. Communication with the manager was great.

We had a good time while staying at this property. We were visiting our son while at TTU and seeing a football game. The only suggestion I would make is to have regular coffee for the keurig machine. There was only decalf. But that only a minor inconvenience.

My family and I stayed for a quick overnight driving through from Colorado and everything was just as listed. The home was clean and comfortable and Ruth was an excellent communicator, would definitely stay here again if needed!
