Wonderful place for family get together. Plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Spacious yard and the calming sounds of a pond fountain right by the back patio. Definitely recommend

Communication with host was easy so check in process was smooth. House is spacious and clean, as were the grounds. Overall exceptional stay for our large family!

This is a prime location for events happening on Techs campus. I would suggest tankless water heaters to supply a house that size with plenty of hot water. We staggered our showers so we didn’t have a problem. Signs were posted in bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay.
