About this house rental
A large 3 bedroom home perfect for up to 12 people. Walking distance from Jones AT&T stadium (2 blocks), close to many shops & restaurants, including the famous Spanky’s & Chimy’s! Only 1 mile from downtown Lubbock and 15 minutes to the airport. This home has a very spacious living room and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics you will need, plus some extras. Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, serving plates, wine glasses, & an air fryer.
The garage has been turned into a game room with ping pong, putt putt, video games and more!
The front of the house has a large sidewalk that takes you straight to campus. It is lined with mature oak trees to keep you cool on a hot summer day.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here with our college kid. The house was big, clean and welcoming. I loved the walking diatance to Walmart. We will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing from rhe host Nicole to sharing her beautiful home. Very nice home comfortable meband my family loved it. Ganes outside in garage to games inside . My family had a great time. Thank you Nicole ! Highly recommended 10/10

The perfect setup and location for a family dropping off their kids to college! It was stocked with games that had us laughing and enjoying every last minute with our kids!
