Summary:
Welcome to your next beach getaway with marsh and ocean views! This North Myrtle Beach condo is located in a highly desired and peaceful complex located steps away from our beautiful beach! You will enjoy spending your vacation in such an amazing spot - steps to the beach PLUS just a short drive away from all of the attractions and golf our area has to offer. This is the perfect spot!
Minimum booking age: 25
Available from Saturday to Saturday bookings until the end of August.
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot - you will have 2 parking passes for your use. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 4th floor unit. Elevator. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker AND a drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!
Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. TV. Sleeper sofa. Pond views!
Bedroom 1: King bed. Full bathroom attached. TV.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Full tub AND separate stand up shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed. TV.
Bathroom 2: Stand up shower.
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds. TV.
Bathroom 3: Tub/shower combo.
Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air and pond views. Peaks at our beautiful sea as well!
Other: 5 beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards in the unit for you. High chair.
Pools: Complex pool, kid pool, and hot tub. Owned and operated based on HOA scheduling.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool.

Easy access parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 10.
Routine pest control happens monthly on the 1st Wednesday. The HOA requires the technician be granted entrance to complete the treatment.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Marsh Villas! The views from our balcony were identical to the pictures and absolutely beautiful. Everyone at the condominium was so friendly and nice. We were perfect location to barefoot landing and the walk to the beach was not far at all. Everything from check in to check out was seamless and easy. We appreciate Myrtle beach destinations for all of the communication and easy process! We will be back!
