About this apartment rental
The Herrenhof is a historic thatched-roof estate dating back to 1722. The complex is situated on a well-maintained, park-like 12,000-square-meter property on the outskirts of Wrixum, surrounded by other thatched-roof estates and located directly on the marsh. Wyk, with all its attractions—including the harbor, a promenade lined with many small shops, and the sandy beach—is just a quick 5-minute bike ride away. In Wrixum, there is a bakery, two restaurants, and a bike rental shop.
The approximately 85 m² vacation apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people and offers plenty of space in a pleasant atmosphere spread over 2 floors. The bright, tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with a 140 x 200 bed), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest restroom on the first floor. In the cozy living room, you’ll find a spacious seating area with satellite TV (FULL HD) and a large dining table.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Among other things, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a closet. The spacious living room has direct access to the terrace. For outdoor relaxation, you have access to the sun terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair.
In addition, the new owners have added a washing machine and a clothes dryer to the apartment.
