LIVING ROOM: with 2 two-seater sofas and 1 ottoman, wood-burning stove. Separate KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Dining area for 6 people. BATHROOM 1 on the first floor: shower/toilet. Entryway. BATHROOM 2 is located on the first floor: shower/toilet. BEDROOM 1: double bed, closet, and TV. BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds and TV. This half of the house faces the marsh. The center of Wyk is about a 20–30-minute walk away. The beach is about a 10–15-minute bike ride away. There is a bakery in the neighborhood. The first floor of this half of the house is tiled. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Parking is available at the house. The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and, with its terrace featuring a beach chair and the garden, offers plenty of space to unwind and relax.
Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee.

Roof work will be taking place on the neighboring house until mid-April 2026.
