About this house rental
Wrixum, "Heimathafen" House, Krummwundt 11a
This beautiful home, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, offers a wonderful setting for up to 5 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a maritime atmosphere.
The family-friendly, non-smoking “Heimathafen” semi-detached house was extensively renovated and refurnished in the spring of 2017. The maritime ambiance, the charming wooden beam ceiling, and the wood-burning stove
invite you to relax in the living and dining area, which features a spacious dining table, an LCD satellite TV, and a DVD player. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished, sheltered south-facing terrace with a beach chair (April through October) and the spacious garden. Adjacent to the living area (with underfloor heating) is the open, modern, and fully equipped “comfort galley,” featuring a wide range of appliances, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop
with an oven. You’ll also find a brightly tiled shower room on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find three harmoniously furnished bedrooms. One has a double bed, the second has two single beds that can be pushed together, and the third bedroom has a single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (1.60 m x 2.0 m).
In addition, a travel crib for children could be set up here. The tastefully designed full bathroom located here is perfect for a wonderfully relaxing soak. The house has been furnished in a tasteful, maritime style, and high-quality materials, hand-selected accessories, and custom-built fixtures make this home a fantastic choice for your vacation.
Additional amenities include a parking space, a coin-operated washer and dryer in the central building (No. 13), and a small on-site children’s playground. All shopping options, the beach, and the main town of Wyk are just a few minutes away by bike. Like the owners, our guests must be non-smokers!
Let the ambiance inspire you!
