The private terrace invites you to linger or the "sundowner" in the evening. A private parking space and a bicycle shelter are located directly in front of the house entrance. In 10 minutes by bike you can reach the city center with the Wyker pedestrian zone and are right on the main beach. Here you will find small cafes, restaurants, small boutiques, but also the commercial area with extensive shopping opportunities.
