The property was updated and very clean. The location was great. We parked at the Bear lot and shuttled to Beaver Creek ski area. The Bear lot was a quick drive and the bus shuttle was extremely convenient. The owner was very responsive as well. Highly recommend this property.

Thank you so much for letting us stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We took advantage of the close walk to Nottingham Lake, enjoyed using the dog run prior to checking in, and the open and comfortable space to get ready for our big day. A lot of updated amenities in the condo and can't forget the "Tell your dog I said hi" sign.
We felt very welcomed and relaxed amongst the whirlwind of our wedding!

We had a wonderful stay in Curtis's home. The property was clean and looked better than in the pictures. The location was greta. We enjoyed the walking path and park next to the property. We will stay again.

We had a wonderful 4th of July getaway here. The condo is exactly as pictured—beautifully appointed and fully stocked. Very comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. The location cannot be beat—just steps away from fun at the lake and walkable to town and restaurants. Curtis is truly a Superhost—quick to respond with generosity and thoughtfulness in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
