This property was professionally remodeled and renovated spending $120,000 in Oct 2024! New pictures are now posted. Gorgeous! Be one of the first to enjoy the new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new carpet, new paint, new vanities, new art! Privately owned 2 bdrm/2 bath sleeps 8 luxury residential suite located inside this Conde Nast 4-diamond name brand Riverfront Resort & Spa. (I am not allowed to use the brand name of the Resort and Spa I in my advertising.) Enjoy skiing Beaver Creek using the Gondola with ski valet that comes right to your door!
This platinum rated suite is on the 4th floor and has a 2 private balconies both with 2 chairs/end table.
All condos/suites/rooms in this resort are individually owned. I have chosen to take this suite out of the hotel rental pool and use VRBO, saving the 60% resort management fee and pass on the savings to you!

Second time staying at this property. Location is excellent. Ski valet and gondola make it very easy to get to the mountain. Live music and hot chocolate in the lobby are fun after skiing. Very family friendly. The rental was clean and plenty of space for family of five. Host was easy to communicate with.

The unit itself was great- very clean, convenient and comfortable beds. Reed was extremely helpful and great to work with!

The location is good, but the property was not clean when we arrived. It was around 10pm when we could finally moved into the rooms. The owner did compensate us for the very late arrival. The property is pet friendly, so the living area had dog hair on the sofa/chairs and had a funky smell. Not sure with all the added fees from the Westin if this is good value for your money.
The property is nice with two separate bedroom areas and nice meeting area in the middle.
