Spectacular and comfortable 3600 sq ft retreat for a large group. Beds for 10 Adults. Pets allowed with pet fee/ deposit. Vaulted ceilings. Granite counter top. Steam shower in master. Fireplaces in both family rooms. Full kitchens on both main levels. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, groceries, Gondola, and Bus system. Two decks, plus one patio all riverside. Our expectations were high and were exceeded. The space was perfect for our group. We wish we could have stayed longer than a month. Tanya was a great host. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, made sure we had everything we needed and kept the place professionally cleaned. The excellent location perfectly met our diverse interests. Everyone in our party felt the same way. It was sad to leave because it felt like home. Thanks Tanya!

This is the second year we have enjoyed Tanya's home. It is a large, beautiful home that would easily accommodate 2 families. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. It is a very nice, comfortable home with a garage!!! The hot tub overlooking the river is a plus after a long day skiing. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very convenient to Beaver Creek/Avon (stores & restaurants) and only about 10 minutes to Vail! Tanya is a very thoughtful and wonderful host!!

We recently stayed at Tanya's home. It is an amazing property!! It was just 2 of us, but this would be a perfect house for a couple of families. There is a full kitchen/living are on the main floor as well as the lower level. Bedrooms downstairs & upstairs would give everyone privacy. Garage, hot tub, right on the river.....it's just perfect! Very quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Vail but very convenient to all that Avon has to offer (restaurants, stores, etc)Tanya was an outstanding host! She e-mailed us lots of tips for operations of things in the home before we arrived and was quickly available for the few questions we did have. Five stars to Tanya as well as the house!!

This well appointed house over looking the Eagle river was the launch point for multiple powder-filled days at Vail and Beaver. After ski hot tubing, grilling on one of the many decks and the views of the mountains and rivers are just a few of things that I look forward to returning to.
