About this apartment rental
This modern, recently remodeled condo is centrally located in the Seasons at Avon building, within a 5 minute walk from the Westin Riverfront Gondola, Nottingham Lake/Park and the Avon Summer Concert Series! With its convenient location and comfortable accommodations, The Seasons at Avon is a great value for guests looking for easy access to the Beaver Creek ski slopes and Avon’s shops, restaurants and entertainment. This particular unit (#314) has two levels and is one of only a few in the building with mountain views from all bedrooms, unobstructed by exterior hallways. The upstairs primary suite is recently renovated to fully close off all four walls ensuring privacy. Air conditioning has also recently been installed throughout.
Enjoy the view of Beaver Creek from the balcony or in front of the fireplace in the open concept living/dining room. The primary bedroom includes a California King bed with a new (2024) Leesa Legend Hybrid Mattress and en-suite bathroom with double sinks located on the second floor. The downstairs second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with shared access to a third full bath. Both downstairs beds have new (2025) Sealy Hybrid mattresses. The unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer and a gas grill available on the balcony. There is elevator access to the condo from the heated underground garage which has two guest parking spaces and a secure ski locker.
The Seasons building is situated directly across the street from Avon's state-of-the-art recreation center, offering numerous activities, athletic equipment, a water slide, lazy river and pool/spa open to the public for a fee. The Westin, a few steps on the other side, also has an ample Athletic Club space and luxurious spa also available by fee.
Nottingham Lake is a quick walk and offers ice skating in the winter and swimming with beach paddle boats and paddle boarding in the summer.
You can be in Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead in minutes. The Avon Transportation Center is adjacent to the property with a shuttle to Vail and Bustang service to Denver. Walk to a variety of restaurants and shops in Avon, or take the shuttle to the main village of Beaver Creek.

Great condo and location! Very clean and had all of the little things that make a quick trip better. Very thankful the hosts provided things like coffee and laundry pods. The bottle of wine was an awesome welcoming gift after a long day of travel and a delayed flight. Thank you!

Me and my family of 6 with kids from 9-18 years old went to Avon for 4 days to ski and hang out and had a great time. Good space for 6 but I can’t imagine adding any more. Management was very responsive, professional and helpful in multiple ways. Thorough and often communication was top notch. The building is a bit old but the unit is updated and very nice. Decorated well with everything you need makes a stay more comfortable. The master bedroom is an open loft so doesn’t provide privacy which is shown in the pictures but worth mentioning. The other 2 bathrooms are adequate but a little tight. We struggled a bit with hot water only getting 2 warm 10-15 minute showers at a time. We spaced them out which worked for us but if a group was heading out to dinner every night, it could have been an issue. We cooked most nights and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and all you need to cook which was really nice. There were also basic items like Pam spray, oil, a good selection of seasonings, sugar, etc which I really appreciate. A short walk to the gondola is nice so your group can come and go at different times if needed easily. Overall a fabulous place and I would recommend it!

Everything was as advertised. Two things to note for potential renters: (1) there’s no door for the upstairs suite, so you lose some privacy; (2) you’ll have to store your skis somewhere else, which is slightly annoying. Otherwise a great stay!
