Condo had 5 burnt-our light bulbs and could not get them replaced by on site management.

Location and transport were great. Condo itself comfy and spacious
Missing basic kitchen essentials, remote in main tv room didn’t work, pool /hot tub deck were filled with dead bugs

Location and lots or room. Excellent bus service to BC.
The people above us played extremely loud music with heavy base from 4 pm to 3 AM Two nights in a row. We asked them to stop and they ignored us. We spoke to the front desk that did NOTHING. Very upsetting to pay that much and have to deal with no sleep. Very disappointing.
