This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in the heart of Avon. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions close by with easy access to I-70
There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.
Several days prior to check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
-With so little rain this Summer, Eagle County is NOW in Stage 2 fire restrictions. In light of the County`s fire restrictions, the HOA Board has enacted an emergency smoking ban effective August 15th. SMOKING ANYWHERE OUTSIDE INCLUDING PATIOS, BALCONIES, BREEZEWAYS, STAIRWELLS, AND GRASS AREAS, IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED
-No Parties (please reach out if you have questions about whether your event is considered a party)
-Quiet Hours from 10pm - 7am
- No cats allowed
-There is a pet fee of $150 and this includes up to 2 dogs.

I’m so happy I stumbled on this listing as I’ve been wanting to get to beaver creek to check it out. The hosts/management comp was very quick to reply to any questions I had along the way and to provide extra items that were running short. The place was clean and comfortable and as someone that cooks a lot I really appreciated that it was set up with so many of the basic things you need that so many places lack. Location is walkable to bear lot so you don’t have to worry about parking to catch the bus. Has nice walking paths with tons of dog bags and trash bins provided which is great as my fur baby comes along. I make it out to Colorado usually at least two times I year and I will be checking out this companies listing right away moving forward because I was so impressed compared to other experiences with other management teams. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. Having two beds and two full bathrooms was great. The kitchen is fully stocked and has very nice appliances. The fireplace was a great way to relax and keep warm on cold evenings. The location was walking distance to only one restaurant, mexican food, which we enjoyed. For skiers, you can walk across the street to the Bear Lot and catch the free shuttle up to the Beaver Creek ski area. There is a shuttle back down also. This eliminates the need to drive/park. If you'd rather not wait for a bus down at the lodge, you can take the 'Leave the Beav' trail which exits at a Gondola which is also has a free shuttle bus stop. We grabbed the bus there after a few exited the very full bus and the very first stop was the Bear lot. You can also do a 10-min walk down from that point.
