Couldn’t beat the views. Absolutely stunning

Disappointed we couldn’t get into the Plakes Tavernera right next door. Needed to be booked way in advance. Also note that you need to be reasonably fit to handle all the steps around the area.

The view from this property is amazing as is the outdoor space. Located in the peaceful area of Plakes but within a 5 minute walk to the old port/marina so an excellent location. Georgia our host was very helpful and pleasant and always responded to messages quickly ….she even helped us with our luggage!

The inside of the house is very comfortable but could do with a few inexpensive additions. The inside lounge area could do with an extra chair as it only comfortably seats 3. A new kettle as the lid wouldn’t stay shut. A few more mugs. We are returning to the property in September with our grown up children - as the weather may be cooler, some more new soft blankets for night times would be useful to add to the sheets. We really hope to use the hot tub this time; unfortunately there were lots of ants around and in it during May and the cover was grubby so it put us off using it. Hopefully it will be fine when we return. We still loved staying here but would be lovely to use all the facilities next time.

Close to town, great views , clean.

Upstairs bathroom has no mirror, upstairs shower runs water out of it.

The view from the terrace is fabulous but don’t book this accommodation if you are expecting to use the jacuzzi. It’s not prepared for use or maintained properly and it’s infested with ants.

The bedrooms were comfortable but the apartment is not luxury and jacuzzi not fit for purpose. We were left feeling like we didn’t receive the facilities and the experience we paid a high price for.
