La Maison Plakes Rooftop Apt

The home is just beautiful and modern and extremely well kept and clean. The location is perfect - in a quiet residential area but within a 3 minute walk to the port and all the restaurants and action. It has a private roof top patio that is very spacious and looks on to the mountains on two sides and the Aegean Sea on the other two! Unbelievable! Dimitris, our host, was so kind and welcoming. He told us what to do and what to not waste our time and money on. He guided us along the way given weather conditions or other questions immediately upon our writing him. The housekeeping staff, though not thrilled that we happened upon her cleaning - having seen her clean - I can say that she is thorough and takes her responsibilities very seriously. Not a bug or a speck of dust in sight. I would highly recommend this home for your stay as I can think of nothing that needs improving - nothing!

Das große Plus sind die zentrale und doch ruhige Lage sowie die große Dachterrasse (leider ohne Sonnenschutz) mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Skiathos-Stadt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und auf Wünsche wurde prompt reagiert.

Die Küchenzeile war leider extrem schlecht ausgestattet.

We really enjoyed everything about the property. First off, loved the location! Close to town and the #4 bus for all the West beaches and parking. The property was clean,everything worked well, and Dimitris the owner was a joy to work with (he met us at the property and we went through everything). Great for kids! Also very near some wonderful cafes and bakeries. Hit them up daily.
