C’est un duplex tout neuf qui allie calme, confort, propreté, et proximité. Idéalement situé pendant ces 3 jours nous avons tout fait à pied et le site est incroyable. Je recommande réellement car il offre un excellent rapport qualité prix sans compter que Nicolas est bienveillant, réactif et arrangeant.

L’appartement est rénové avec goût L’appartement est bien situé par rapport au centre-ville et à la plage
L’escalier en colimaçon très difficile d’accès avec des bagages . La forte présence d’humidité dans l’appartement : les vêtements étaient plein d’humidité ainsi que les draps. On était obligé de vivre les fenêtres ouvertes jour et nuit
