L’appartement est très spacieux avec un belle vue sur la baie de Saint-Malo. Cuisine bien équipée. Proximité immédiate des commerces du centre ville et de la Plage de l’Ecluse. La résidence est bien tenue et sécurisée. La gardienne a été très sympa et collaborative.
Garage très étroit. Oreillers très utilisés qu’il serait mieux de renouveler. Les matelas mériteraient d’être mieux protégés par des alèses convenables et non pas celles jetables fournies à l’arrivée.

Proche du centre, les grandes baies vitrées du séjour permettent de profiter de la vue exceptionnelle, même sans sortir sur le balcon. L’atmosphère du lieu est paisible et très agréable.
Ménage correct pas plus. Il manquait des serviettes de toilette et deux couettes. L’agence a été réactive et nous a fait bon accueil.
