Located in the heart of Dinard and just a few steps from Écluse beach, this beautiful 75 m² apartment on the first floor of a residence with lift welcomes you for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Bright, welcoming and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people in an ideal setting between the lively town centre and the seaside.
Inside, the entrance opens directly onto a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a large bookcase and a small television, invites you to relax in a convivial atmosphere. On the other side of the room, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests to share your meals with ease. From this room, two large bay windows provide access to a pleasant loggia of 12 m². Furnished with a table, chairs and a small outdoor lounge, it constitutes a true relaxation space in all seasons, to enjoy a coffee in the sun or a convivial moment after your days of walking.
The independent kitchen, located in the neighbouring room, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything you need to cook as at home.
On the night side, the apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
A private parking space is available outside, just in front of the building.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron and a travel cot.
