Cocoonr is offering this charming 42 m² flat in Dinard for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Le Beauvoir 2 offers lovely sea views. You’ll love its sought-after location in Dinard. It is a one-kilometre walk from Prieuré beach via the Clair de Lune promenade, and the same distance from Écluse beach.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a beautiful Dinard villa, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The flat is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² open-plan living area with a TV, sofa and armchair, offering a lovely sea view over the Baie du Prieuré.
-In this same open-plan space is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs… A dining table seating four guests
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds, 90x190)
-A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
-A bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail

It is ideally situated in Dinard, in a very pleasant setting, just a stone’s throw from the Grand Hôtel Barrière. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the beach…
The fabulous Clair du Lune walk (GR34) is situated just below the accommodation, as is the pier for taking the ferry to Saint-Malo.
The Place des Halles, home to Dinard’s wonderful market which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 10-minute walk away.
If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking. There are free parking spaces in the surrounding streets, but we cannot guarantee their availability. The town of Dinard offers parking passes. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (a 200-metre walk).
