Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Dinard, this charming flat 200 meters from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 47 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 26 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, bathroom (with shower).

- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to include the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer (shared laundry room on the ground floor), ironing board and iron.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
